Update from bruceleestore.....

Hi friends, thanks for reading. After 2 years of selling online, I going to quit. For this 2 years, I have been working like a mad bull to build up. The effect now is I lost my direction, motivation & passion. Profit has soar, pending orders & mistake made by myself has resulted in this.

I have learn a lot from selling online –

1. Only sell online if you can source really low cost stuff with high margin profit – never ever throw price or do no margin sales business.

2. Potential customer would call, message, e-mail & do whatever they can to get to you whenever they wish to, means include weekends, holidays, evening… night… after midnight or even at times that you wish you never being disturbed. Being treated like a 24-7 call centre.

3. Weird demand from customer – etc.

4. Never over promise customer & under deliver – NEVER! This is a commit suicide action. Leave some room for error & accidents. If the customer force you to promise or say something that they wish to hear from you, think twice before promising.

5. Take a break when necessary, do not ever think you can win over health when you are torturing yourself. Its like ignoring the law of gravity.

6. Take advice from experience people even you might find their advice is useless or out-dated. Money can buy many thing but not years of experience!

7. There is no 1 way street in business, there is no The End until your life end’s. Have a goal, mission, statement as there is no easy way to success & no easy way to get out from trouble.

I have handed over my company to my fellow workers. Now my focus will be completing all pending & aging orders, take a good rest & restart in my retail business. Online I will still continue selling some products but online will not be my focus anymore. To those people that are planning to start or is doing online business – good luck & have fun.
